I just finished another anime series, this one called The Third: Girl with the Blue Eye, and it was fantastic.

Plot Synopsis:
The series is set many years after a devastating war, which killed 80% of the earth's population. Earth is being watched by a group of beings known as The Third, named after the red eye on their forehead (Space Eye) that can access many types of computer systems. It follows the adventures of Honoka and Bogie.

I actually felt that this anime was pretty weak, but that could just be because I was watching it after two really amazing animes. Naturally, I latched onto Captain Bravo (voiced by Patrick Seitz) who was just all around amazing as a character. Pretty cute, too. ;)

So I just finished the Fullmetal Alchemist series, and the end episode was SO FREAKING SAD. And on that note, I was sitting there watching it and then all of a sudden some background music starts and I immediately go "OMG. NO. They wouldn't!" but they did. They so did. As if it couldn't be more sad than it was, they start playing CHOPIN in the background! One of his saddest pieces, too--Tristesse! FMA knew just how to get to me. -_-

Still, fantastic finale. XD

And now onto the movie!

So, as per an agreement with a friend, I have started watching Fullmetal Alchemist and am enjoying it so far! Mustang is, unsurprisingly, my favourite character, hee!

So I've recently gotten into Anime in no small part due to my love of Patrick Seitz's voice, haha. I went through and found a nice list of animes that he's been in and the first one that I watched (and just completed) was entitled Ergo Proxy.

Ergo Proxy Synopsis: The story begins in a futuristic domed city called Romdo, built to protect its citizens after a global ecological disaster. In this utopia, humans and androids (AutoReivs) coexist with each other peacefully under a total management system. A series of murders committed by berserk robots (infected with the Cogito virus) started to jeopardize the delicate balance of the social order. Behind the scenes, the government is conducting secret experiments on a mysterious humanoid lifeform called Proxy, which is believed to hold the key to the survival of mankind.
